Eighty-nine percent did not miss a day.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Employees are required to notify the Operations Manager if they will be unable to perform their work. Day workers are required to give notice by 6:00 a.m. of the work day they will miss. Night personnel are required to contact the operations manager by 1:00 p.m.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;MidAmerican maintains one floating cleaner for every nine assigned cleaners. Floaters are experienced employees, ranked above the Crew Leader and below the Site Supervisor.
